I was so annoyed with the Sprint Store at lunch today that I added a new heading under my Current section on the right. It will display what I will call my current un-favorite. I spent over an hour there just picking up my phone. Forty minutes of it was waiting for them to transfer my phone numbers, which didn't work anyway. Color me ticked and a half.
