googling talk
Check this out: Google has a new IM service to help it compete with AOL and others. This one is so cool though so far—it’s directly connected to your Gmail account. Setup was ridiculous—took me a whole 30 seconds to download the software and press the “I Agree” button to the terms and conditions. Then it was off and running. I have to poke around it a bit but it doesn’t seem as ad-heavy as AIM and it has a feature where it will tell you if you have new Gmail as well. Anyone else try this yet?
Stacy was telling me about this today—it sounds really cool. I also hear rumors about a Google operating system sometime in the near future. I love google—I hope they keep being “not evil.”
I hope everything is going well for you both out in Indiana. Soon I’ll hopefully be seeing you more in email/fantasy land with our family football pool. Anywho—talk to you later.
